Simran Duggal is the VP of Sales at Juicebox, where she leads the company’s sales organization as it scales its AI-powered recruiting platform across startups and enterprise teams.

Before joining Juicebox, Simran spent several years at Webflow, joining early as the company’s fifth Account Executive and growing alongside the business through a period of rapid expansion. She went on to lead sales teams across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise as Director of Sales, gaining firsthand experience building and scaling go-to-market organizations in high-growth environments.

At Juicebox, she brings that experience to building the company’s sales strategy, developing its go-to-market team, and helping organizations adopt a new generation of AI-native recruiting tools.
