Hire for Good is our way of celebrating the hires you source through Juicebox. When you report a hire sourced through the platform, Juicebox will make a $50 donation to a charity you select from our list of designated charities. Tell us who you hired, pick a charity, and we'll handle the rest.
A few things to keep in mind: donations are made by Juicebox from Juicebox's own funds, we review submissions to keep the program fair, and we may change or wind down the program over time. The details below spell that out.
The Program. Hire for Good (the "Program") is offered by Juicebox App, Inc. ("Juicebox"). When you submit an eligible hire through the Hire for Good feature and Juicebox approves the submission, Juicebox will make a donation of $50 (or such other amount as Juicebox may set from time to time) to one charity you select from Juicebox's then-current charity list.
Eligibility. The Program is open to Juicebox customers with an active paid subscription (self-serve or business plans) whose accounts are in good standing. The Program is not available where prohibited or restricted by law, and Juicebox may limit availability by region, plan, or customer.
Eligible Hires. A submission is eligible if: (a) the hired candidate was sourced using Juicebox under your account; (b) you identify the candidate through the submission flow and confirm that the candidate was sourced using Juicebox; (c) the same hire has not previously been submitted, by you or anyone else; and (d) the submission is complete and accurate. There is currently no deadline for submitting an eligible hire. Juicebox may establish additional eligibility criteria from time to time.
Donations. Donations are made by Juicebox, in Juicebox's own name, from Juicebox's own funds. You do not contribute any funds, no funds pass through you, and no portion of any fees you pay to Juicebox is set aside or designated for charitable purposes. You will not receive a donation receipt and are not entitled to claim any tax deduction or other tax benefit in connection with a donation. Donations are not a credit, discount, or refund to you, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of value. Juicebox aggregates approved donations and remits them to the applicable charities on a quarterly basis.
Charity List. You may select only from the charities on Juicebox's then-current charity list. Juicebox may add, remove, or replace listed charities at any time. If a charity you selected is unable or ineligible to accept a donation, ceases operations, or loses its tax-exempt or good standing status, Juicebox may direct the donation to a comparable charity on the list or ask you to make a new selection. Inclusion of a charity on the list is not an endorsement by Juicebox, and the listed charities do not sponsor, administer, or endorse the Program.
Review and Approval. All submissions are subject to review. Juicebox may cross-check submissions against its platform data and may request additional information to verify a submission. Juicebox may decline any submission that it believes is inaccurate, incomplete, duplicative, fraudulent, or inconsistent with Juicebox's platform data. Whether a submission is approved is in Juicebox's sole discretion, and Juicebox's decisions are final.
Your Responsibilities. By submitting a hire, you confirm that: (a) the information you provide is accurate and complete; (b) the hire was sourced through the Juicebox platform; (c) you have all rights, and have obtained any consents required under applicable law and your own policies, to share the information you submit, including any personal information about the hired candidate; and (d) your participation in the Program complies with applicable law and with your own internal policies (including any policies on gifts, incentives, or conflicts of interest). Please submit only the information reasonably necessary to verify the hire. Juicebox handles personal information submitted through the Program in accordance with its Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the data protection terms in your agreement with Juicebox.
Misuse. Submitting false, misleading, or manipulated information may result in denial of the submission, removal from the Program, and any other remedies available to Juicebox under your agreement with Juicebox or applicable law.
Changes to the Program. Juicebox may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program (in whole or in part), and may update these Program Terms, at any time and for any reason. Changes apply prospectively: if Juicebox has approved your submission before a change or discontinuation takes effect, Juicebox will still make the associated donation.
General. The Program is a voluntary goodwill initiative. It is not consideration for your purchase or use of Juicebox's services and does not create any contractual right to any particular donation. These Program Terms supplement, and are subject to, the agreement with Juicebox governing your use of the Juicebox services, including its limitations of liability and dispute resolution terms. Juicebox provides the Program "as is."
