Introducing Internal Talent Rediscovery

Today, we’re launching Internal Talent Rediscovery - a major upgrade that that lets you rediscover the talent already in your ATS.

It's available today for all Ashby customers, with additional partners, including Lever, Greenhouse, and more following shortly.

Let's take a look at how it works:

Search Within Your ATS

The strongest candidates could be ones you've already talked to.

With Internal Talent Rediscovery, you can now surface these contacts directly inside Juicebox and filter for them with data from your ATS.

Here's how it works:

• Toggle “Only show ATS candidates” in your search filters
• Fine-tune your search by candidate stage, jobs, tags, or recruiter owners

You can even run an Autopilot on top of that talent pool to narrow it down even further.

This makes it easier than ever to revisit past applicants, identify talent worth a second look, and bring high-intent candidates back into your hiring process.

Exclude Past Candidates

Only want to see net-new candidates? Now you can.

Use "Exclude ATS Candidates" to filter out anyone already in your ATS from your search.

How it works:

• Toggle "Exclude ATS candidates" in your ATS search filters
• Run candidate searches with without duplication

Get the need confidence that every profile in your search results is new to your pipeline, and easily export them into your ATS.

Filter by ATS Tags in CRM

Every contact in our CRM now includes data from your ATS, so you can quickly understand where they last sat in your recruiting process.

You'll now see 3 new filters:

• Found in ATS - contacts who exist in your ATS
• Jobs in ATS - contacts belonging to an ATS job
• Tags in ATS - contacts with custom tags from your ATS
  

These new filters let you quickly narrow down your CRM to an exact subset of contacts for re-engagement, and more.
