Introducing Intake

Today, we’re introducing Intake, a new way to turn your hiring conversations into calibrated searches with Juicebox Agents.

Nothing gets lost between conversations or tools, and no requirement has to be retyped.

Here's what Intake unlocks:

🎙 Start Every Role with an Intake

Capture the full kickoff conversation right in Juicebox or where you work

Capture the hiring manager conversation that starts every search.

Juicebox helps you capture requirements, context, and priorities in the project from the moment they're discussed, in one place.

Starting today, you can:

  • Record in one click: Capture in-person intake conversations directly in the platform
  • Connect your calendar: Juicebox finds the right meeting and joins your Zoom or Google Meet to capture virtual conversations

When the conversation ends, your notes and the full transcript come together in a single summary, attached to the project.

Instead of rebuilding the role from memory a few days later, you start sourcing from the conversation itself, exactly as the hiring manager described it.

📊 Live Talent Insights

Validate role requirements against live market data during your intake conversation

Juicebox now maps the talent market as the role is being defined during your intake conversation.

Every requirement raised in the conversation updates the pool in real time, so you can see their impact on the available talent pool.

You'll be able to see data like:

  • Pool size and location: How many qualified candidates exist, average years of experience, and where they are located
  • Sample profiles: Real candidates matching the criteria as they're discussed

Juicebox will also make recommendations and flag requirements that shrink the pool sharply, so alignment happens while stakeholders are in the room rather than a week into sourcing.

📋 Intake Templates

Create consistent, high-quality intakes across your entire recruiting team

You can also structure your intake conversations with customizable templates.

Templates help set the questions you work through with your hiring managers, so every intake covers what matters most for the search.

Three types of templates are available:

  • Juicebox templates: Pre-built templates, ready to use for your first intake call
  • Organization templates: Shared templates across your team
  • Your own templates: Customize and built your own based on your preferred workflow

You walk in prepared, your hiring manager doesn't have to fill in the blanks, and the time you have together goes toward the answers you actually need.

🤖 Launch an Agent from Your Intake

Go from intake notes to shortlist in a single workflow

You can now kick off a Juicebox Agent directly from your project intake notes.

The Agent draws on the context from the conversation, so the search starts from what was discussed about the role rather than a fresh set of criteria you enter by hand.

Didn't do a recording but used an intake template?

Intake notes you typed by hand can kick off an Agent the same way, so the workflow holds whether you recorded the conversation or ran it from a template and took notes yourself.

That's a wrap!
