Introducing the Next Generation of Juicebox Agents
Today, we’re excited to roll out the next generation of Juicebox Agents, the newest members of your recruiting team.
Juicebox Agents are now conversational, and designed to work alongside you like a world-class sourcing partner. They can take a job description, develop their search strategy, discuss trade-offs, and even push back when something won’t work.
They operate on a long time horizon, continuing to surface candidates over weeks, learning from every piece of feedback you provide along the way.
What’s New with Juicebox Agents
This new generation of Agents introduces four major capabilities that weren’t possible before.
First, they remember and self-correct.

The previous generation was great at automating searches, but if the candidate pool wasn't large enough or lacked relevant candidates, you had to rewrite the filters and prompts yourself.
Now, Juicebox Agents can reflect on their reasoning, incorporate what it knows about your preferences, and edit their own search to keep surfacing the most relevant candidates for you.
Next, they ask questions.

When a requirement doesn't make sense, or when multiple criteria are in tension, the Agent can now clarify with the user instead of guessing.
For example: "Would you prefer we focus on candidates with PLG or demo-led growth experience?"
It's the same conversation you'd have with an expert sourcing partner on your team.
Third, they stay flexible.

Role requirements change, and hiring managers change their minds. Instead of starting your search all over, you can now recalibrate and adjust your search criteria by chatting directly with the Agent.
For example: "Hey, let's add GEO/SEO experience to the requirements."
The Agent adjusts the criteria to surface new candidates while remembering the context from your previous conversations
Lastly, they handle your outreach strategy.

Once you've calibrated the search, the Agent writes your multi-step outreach sequence. It pulls from your team's voice, surfaces relevant company selling points, and tailors each email based on information about the candidate to personalize outreach, even at scale.
Why Now?
We believe the AI tools recruiting teams adopt shouldn’t just look productive on the surface. They should actually help you get meaningfully closer to your next hire.
When we launched our first version of the Agent about a year ago, the bet was whether an AI agent could autonomously configure a search well enough to be genuinely useful to recruiting teams.
It automated some of the work, but it wasn't the perfect experience we wanted to deliver.
Back then, the Agent's behavior was constrained by the intelligence of the models underneath it. Today, foundation models have become much more capable, while our own recruiting data and infrastructure have improved significantly.
That combination is what makes this release possible, and what unlocks real change for the teams using it.
What Agents Change for Recruiting Teams
Sourcing is one of the most time-intensive parts of recruiting, and it's often where the best recruiters end up spending the most amount of their attention, before focusing on the rest of the funnel.
Juicebox Agents will change that.
Recruiting capacity
With Agents handling the upfront sourcing work, recruiters can spend less time buried in search tabs. This means you'll have more time to move lower into the funnel, like calibrating roles with hiring managers, running first conversations, and closing final round candidates.
Hiring velocity
Time-to-first interview is often where impact shows up first. Agents can handle end-to-end sourcing from brief to the first conversation. Recruiters only need to step in for the first interview, and when the top of the funnel is strong, hiring conversion from sourced candidates improves meaningfully too.
