Announcing Juicebox’s $80M Series B
Three years ago, Juicebox became the first AI-native search built for recruiting.
We had a simple belief: that the war for talent would intensify in the age of AI, and that recruiting needed to change to stay relevant.
Instead of complex boolean searches and endless filters, LLMs would unlock a completely new way of finding talent using natural language. Recruiters would evolve to be elite talent hunters, using Agents to search more broadly and comprehensively than possible before.
Today, more than 5,000 recruiting teams use LLMs to source talent on Juicebox. Juicebox is their way of competing in the talent war, a zero-sum game to win the best talent.
To fuel what’s next, we’re excited to announce our $80M Series B led by DST Global, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Verified Capital, Committed Capital, NFDG, Coatue, and Y Combinator.
The round values Juicebox at $850M, and brings the total capital raised to $116M.

The Shift to Outbound Recruiting
Over the past two years, we’ve seen a clear shift in how hiring works - for both recruiters and candidates.
AI has made it significantly easier for candidates to apply to jobs. New consumer tools allow candidates to submit hundreds of applications in minutes, often with AI-generated resumes and responses.
For recruiting teams, that has created a new challenge.
Inbound pipelines that once surfaced great candidates are now flooded with noise and guesswork, making it harder than ever to identify the right talent.
Greenhouse reported that application volume per candidate is up 239% since ChatGPT’s release, while 34% of recruiters spend up to half their week filtering low-quality applications.
The traditional inbound recruiting model is starting to break, and the best talent teams are proactively making the shift toward outbound recruiting.
Taking the Guesswork out of Hiring
Juicebox is built around this shift. Our mission is to help recruiters find the right candidates faster, with far less manual work.
By combining natural language search, outreach workflows, and autonomous sourcing agents, Juicebox enables talent teams to identify the best-fit candidates fast and engage them at scale.
Juicebox is now used by fast-growing startups like Cursor and Cognition, and large enterprises like Ramp, Samsara and the Fortune 100.
Last year, we saw customers report up to a 90% reduction in time spent on identifying top candidates, allowing recruiting teams to focus less on searching and more on building relationships with talent.
But we’re still early in what’s possible.

Our $80M Series B will help us accelerate across product development, global expansion, and growing the team behind Juicebox.
Over the coming months, we’ll be introducing a new wave of product capabilities across our Agents, Sequencing, and Talent Insights.
