Multi-Sender Sequences, ATS Export Triggers, New Advanced Company Filters

Your email sequences just got a serious upgrade.

This week, we're rolling out multi-sender sequencing, smarter search filters, and a brand new ATS export trigger that will save you hours of manual work.

Here's what's new:

🔀 Multi-Sender Sequences

Add multiple mailboxes to a single sequence for team-based outreach

Starting today, you can now assign different senders to every step in your outreach sequences.

For example, a recruiter can send the first email, followed by a hiring manager, and then a team lead to close it out - all within a single automated sequence that works across dozens of candidate profiles.

There are two ways to set it up:

  1. Same thread: All emails land in the same email thread, and every sender is cc'd on each step (except the current sender).
  2. Separate threads: Each sender starts and maintains their own email thread with the candidate.

Talent is far more likely to respond when they hear from multiple people on the team, and we're excited to make your outreach feel more collaborative and genuine with Juicebox.

🎯 AND/OR Groups in Company Filters

Build more precise candidate searches with layered company filters

You can now combine multiple company experiences using AND/OR logic.

Under the "Company" search filters, you can search for profiles who currently work at Company A and/or previously worked at Company B.

For example:

  • Find candidates currently at Google and,
  • Who previously worked at Apple

It's the fastest way to narrow down talent profiles with the exact company background you need to build a stronger shortlist.

⏱️ Filter by Time at Current Company

Target talent profiles based on how long they've been at their current company

Starting today, you can filter profiles by tenure at their current company, instead of relying only on total years of experience.

How it works:

  • Under the "Company" section in your search filters
  • Set a minimum and maximum time spent at current company to target profiles in a preferred sweet spot
  • You can also set just a minimum or a maximum (without a range)

Find people who've been somewhere long enough to have real experience, but may be ready for something new.

📤 Auto-Export After Entering a Sequence

Automatically push talent profiles to your ATS the moment they enter an outreach sequence

We’ve added another way to automatically export profiles directly to your ATS.

Starting today, you can trigger ATS auto-export as soon as a candidate is added to an outbound sequence. Previously, auto-export was only available after shortlisting or after receiving a positive sequence response.

Now, with this third option, you have even more precise control over how and when profiles move from Juicebox into your ATS.
