📮 New Add-To-Sequence Experience

Setting up outbound sequences in Juicebox just got easier.

Starting today, when you click “Add to Sequence”, you’ll see an all-new sequence preview interface. 

Get detailed reasons for warnings or errors, bulk remove, and view profiles while editing your sequence, divided by 3 buckets:

• No Issues — Emails that are good to send

• Warnings — Flags such as if a contact is already in another project or was recently emailed

• Need Review — If the copy is missing any fields, already in a sequence, unsubscribed, is marked as DNC, or in rare instances, if an email could not be found for the contact.

  
  

🔍 Better Filtering Everywhere

Finding the right profiles shouldn't require endless scrolling.

That's why we've completely revamped filtering across your Shortlist and All Contacts pages. 

You can now filter for profiles using brand-new fields such as:

• Current / Past Companies

• Job Titles

• School / University

• Contacted / Not Contacted

• and much more!

📊 Project History in Profiles

Ever wonder if a talent profile is already in another project?

We launched an update that allows you to see exactly which other projects talent profiles are already a part of — right in the sidebar.

This eliminates those awkward "wait, you're also talking to them?" moments and helps your team coordinate outreach efforts.

✉️ Manually Add Emails to Profiles

Our email management just got a serious upgrade. 

You can now add, update, or change profile email addresses at any point in your recruiting workflow.

Think of it as your lightweight CRM for keeping talent profile info accurate and up to date.

🛠️ Smaller, but Mighty Updates

1. 📱 Revamped Activities Page: The activities page got a fresh new look that makes tracking organization interactions more intuitive

2. 🎯 Nested Job Title + Company Search: Search for people with specific job titles at specific companies (like "Product Managers at Stripe")

3. 🤝 LinkedIn Personalized Invites - Add custom notes to LinkedIn connection requests right from your sequences and track them in your task list
