Skylight is a bootstrapped consumer technology company building products that help families stay connected. In 2024, they grew from 30 to 60 employees.
By early 2025, they had already reached 80, and planned to hit 110-120 by year-end.
Managing that kind of growth with a small team wasn’t easy. Justin Wade, Head of Talent, was juggling 16 open roles while reviewing hundreds of inbound applications.
