Balancing Multiple Searches Without Losing Momentum
Recruiting agencies are constantly balancing speed with attention. Every search comes with its own requirements, messaging, and expectations, while clients still want qualified candidates quickly.
That’s the reality for TalentReach, a recruiting agency working across technology companies, professional services firms, and a wide range of technical and non-technical roles. At any given time, its recruiters may be supporting five or six companies at once, which means constantly shifting between different searches and candidate profiles.
TalentReach uses Juicebox to make that workload more manageable. Agents keep candidate discovery moving while recruiters are in conversations, and AI-assisted outreach helps the team move between searches without starting from scratch each time. Recruiters stay closely involved in who moves forward, while spending less of their day simply looking for people.
That approach has helped TalentReach contact more than 23,000 candidates with a 63% open rate, while giving recruiters more time to focus on the conversations that move searches toward a placement.
Keeping Search Moving While Recruiters Talk to Candidates
For Senior Recruiters Jason Steading and Allison Cougan, Juicebox Agents have become part of the morning routine.
Allison typically starts her day with roughly 25 candidates surfaced by her Agents. She prefers to review each profile before outreach, approving the people she wants to move forward and then adding them to sequences.
Jason follows a similar rhythm. He checks what his Agents have surfaced, adjusts the search when needed, and then spends much of the rest of his day on candidate calls.
“Being able to more or less just be a call taker and not as much a people finder has been great.”
For an agency recruiter, that shift in time matters. While Agents continue building pipeline in the background, Jason can spend more of his day speaking with candidates instead of choosing between conversations and sourcing.
Allison has seen the same change. Since adding Agents, she estimates she has reclaimed roughly a couple of hours each day that would otherwise go toward active sourcing, giving her more time for candidate calls and the client searches already in motion.
Finding Strong Candidates Beyond the Obvious Profile
Allison has also found that Agent recommendations can surface strong candidates she may not have reached through a more conventional sourcing process.
“I feel like the candidates found using the Agent generally tend to be a little bit better, just bullseyes, than the people that I’m sort of blindly sourcing for.”
For Vandana Ranchod, who had joined TalentReach about a month earlier as a Senior Recruiter, that became tangible on one specialized business search. An Agent surfaced a candidate who did not initially look like an obvious fit, but after seeing her teammates get strong results from Agents, Vandana trusted the recommendation enough to include the candidate in outreach.
The candidate responded and moved into the interview process, where she became one of the strongest people in the search and advanced to the third round.
“I don't think I would have reached out to her otherwise. Her profile didn't look like it would be a good fit... and she actually did the best in the interview.”
Juicebox gives the team another layer of signal to work from, helping recruiters consider promising candidates beyond the most obvious profile while keeping the final judgment in their hands.
Managing More Searches Without More Manual Work
Agency recruiting also requires a lot of context switching. Allison may be working across five or six companies at once, each with a different role, company story, and candidate profile to keep straight.
She uses Juicebox’s AI sequence generator to turn company and role context into a starting point for outreach, then reviews and adjusts the copy herself.
“Being able to just copy and paste info about the company and the job into the AI sequence generator and get to a good starting point is so valuable as a timesaver.”
That makes it easier for TalentReach to recruit across a broad mix of industries and roles without rebuilding the sourcing and outreach process from the ground up every time. A niche technical search can sit alongside a specialized business role, with Juicebox supporting both through the same workflow.
Each recruiter can also use that workflow differently. Jason leans heavily into automation, while Allison prefers to personally review candidates before outreach. Vandana came in with a more traditional, hands-on approach and found that Juicebox helped her run several searches in parallel while still keeping the recruiter involvement she values.
As Vandana described it, the process stays hands-on, but she can work more efficiently across the roles she owns.
More Time for Strategic Recruiting Work
For TalentReach, the biggest impact comes back to where recruiters spend their time. Allison compares Juicebox to having a personal sourcer continuously feeding her candidates, giving her more room to focus elsewhere. Jason puts it even more simply:
“It’s a catered candidate delivery system.”
With Agents keeping search moving in the background and AI-assisted workflows helping recruiters manage multiple client searches, the team can spend more of its time on strategic work: building relationships with candidates, staying close to clients, and guiding the right people through the hiring process.
