Linda Lin is the VP of Customer Success at Juicebox, where she leads the team responsible for helping thousands of customers get the most out of the company’s AI-powered recruiting platform.

Linda brings more than 15 years of experience across go-to-market and customer success leadership. She began her career in sales before moving into post-sales leadership, holding senior Customer Success and Account Management roles at companies including Zendesk, Slack, and Gong. She has also advised more than a dozen early-stage startups as a fractional VP of Customer Success.

Across multiple hypergrowth companies, Linda has focused on building customer-centric teams, scaling post-sales organizations, and helping businesses turn strong products into lasting customer relationships and growth.
