Starting today, you can request a shortlist review from Hiring Managers directly in Juicebox.
Hiring managers get access to a simple, guided experience where they can collaborate on a search without needing to learn the full product.
Hiring Managers can:
- Approve, skip, or reject: Collect a clear decision on every candidate profile in a guided review flow for Hiring Managers
- Add notes to individual profiles: Keep specific feedback connected to the candidate instead of buried in a Slack, emails, and more
With this new rollout, you can walk into your next hiring manager conversation with more clarity on where the talent pipeline stands for every role.
