Starting today, Business Plan users can map their team's professional connections and overlaps to instantly see which candidates their employees know and turn cold sourcing into warm outreach.

🌐 Overlaps & Connections

See every talent connection across your team's network.

Most teams don't realize how many candidates they already have a path to.

Network Sourcing maps your employees' professional connections and inferred overlaps, based on shared employers, schools, tenure, and team alignment, and more signals.

After a quick setup, you'll be able to access for every employee:

• Connections: Professional connections uploaded directly by your teammates
  
• Overlaps: Inferred relationships identified automatically based on shared work or education history, ranked by confidence level.

You'll know exactly who on your team knows a candidate, so you can prioritize warm paths before you ever send a first touch.

🎯 Search Across Your Team's Network

Apply filters to instantly surface candidates your employees may know.

Network sourcing helps you refine your searches with even more precision in Juicebox.

Users can now narrow any search to candidates connected to your employees by connection, overlaps, and specific employee's network.

For example, you can customize the filter:

• By network: Filter by select connections, overlaps, or both
  
• By person: Narrow to a specific employee's network, or the whole team's network

Your team's network is now built into every search.

🤝 Ask Teammates for Warm Intros

Turn a mutual connection into a referral in a few clicks.

Found a strong candidate who's connected to someone on your team?

Ask your teammate for an intro.

Click the intros indicator on a talent profile to see which teammates share a connection or overlap, then hit "Send request" to ask for an intro. Juicebox then sends the ask directly from your email address.

If multiple teammates are connected to the same candidate, you'll see all of them listed so you can pick the strongest path.

✍️ Network Mention Snippets

Reference shared history in your outreach at scale.

The best cold emails open with a real connection.

Whether that's a shared employer, a mutual teammate, a common school. The problem is finding that context at scale takes time most recruiters don't have.
